FAQs

Robot integration refers to the strategic incorporation of robotic technology into existing manufacturing or production lines.

Essentially, a robotic system integrator is responsible for the design, configuration, and operational deployment of robots within a manufacturing process. This includes selecting the appropriate robots, customizing automation and control systems, and integrating these systems with your existing equipment and workflows.

As a professional robot integrator, we specialize in integrating advanced robotic technology into complex industrial environments, ensuring a seamless boost in operational efficiency and increased productivity. While robotic systems demonstrate exceptional advantages when deployed as standalone solutions, they unlock their full potential when integrated into broader workflows.

High Return on Investment (ROI): Although the initial capital investment can be substantial, the significant improvements in operational efficiency allow robots to recoup their costs within a relatively short period, delivering substantial and long-term economic returns.

Freeing Up Human Labor and Enhancing Safety: Robots can replace humans in performing hazardous, repetitive, or ergonomically challenging tasks, thereby liberating workers from harsh or unsafe environments.

High Efficiency, Precision, and Stable Output: They enable continuous, high-speed, and high-precision production around the clock—24/7—ensuring product quality stability and consistency with virtually zero downtime.

Manufacturing, processing, assembly, inspection, and testing functions can all be easily realized through integrated robotic solutions. Robots can directly handle objects, or they can utilize tools mounted on their robotic arms to perform specific operations on those objects. Through custom solutions, robot integration can address a wide variety of other specialized tasks. In short, any task requiring the calculation of directional movements based on real-time inputs can be effectively accomplished with the aid of robots.

Most of our products comply with CE standard requirements, and we can provide CE certification support upon customer request. Furthermore, we strictly adhere to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the GJB 9001C Quality Management System for Weapon Equipment; consequently, the reliability of our products meets military-grade standards. We welcome collaboration with clients from around the globe

Absolutely. Our core strength lies in our capability for customized integration. You simply need to provide:

  • Workpiece drawings or samples
  • Welding/processing requirements
  • Production capacity targets

Our team of engineers will design the most suitable automation solution for you, complete with detailed technical drawings and cycle time analyses.

The lead time depends on the product type and the degree of customization:

  • Standard Models (e.g., handheld laser welders, positioners): 7–15 business days
  • Custom Robotic Workstations: 30–45 business days (including solution design, manufacturing, and commissioning)

The specific delivery schedule will be confirmed at the time of contract signing.

We support various international trade payment methods:

  • T/T (Wire Transfer): 30%–50% upfront payment, with the balance paid prior to shipment
  • L/C at Sight (Sight Letter of Credit)
  • Other payment methods are negotiable.
